Stuttering on high end machine.

Server Changes?
A few days ago, my ping was fine on every server except for the super east coast ones. But still even those would be in the 70-80s. Now, servers that are right next to me are all in the 80-100 range. Only California is under 50. I live mid-...

Was there a secret KJ nerf this patch?
I can't place my turret in spots while jumping this patch, it does the sound and animation but the turret doesn't get deployed, anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: Yeah on second thought it's probably an unintended bug.
