I find phantom skin looking the best with a laser and a vertical grip equipped. Wondering if I buy the skin can I customize attachments as I want or game gives random ones every time?

Anyone else struggling to get into a game on EU servers?
every time I try and get into a game it works until the waiting part after agent select. The game just sort of buffers there for about 5 minutes before kicking me back into the queueing screen. Anyone else experiencing this?

Omen's shrouded step icon needs more contrast
The mini map icon for shrouded step needs more contrast. It blends into the color of his smokes and other utility on the mini map. I've often misplaced my teleport in the heat of the moment, with the edge of my body stocking out of a smoke...

What is the worst part of climbing up the ranks, in your experience?
Was there a specific rank that was most difficult for you? Was it smurfs? Was it AFKs, or anything else? Just curious!
