I always write stories and I'm really fascinated by the design of the agents and I really want so bad to give them my country agent with his unique powers and origin so what should I do?

Is there much difference between 144hz 1ms and 165hz 5ms in a game like Valorant
60hz player here, I'm thinking of upgrading my monitor and I'm wondering if things like that above would make a difference.
