Too many times have I gotten teammates who believe someone's ability to wield an op is based on the agent they are playing. Specifically Jet.
I have had teammates telling me to drop the OP I've saved for to the JET because it "wasnt for my agent". Or if they pick up the OP, they refuse to give it to anyone other than the JET. I've played countless games with Jets who have no idea how to use one effectively.
We need to start basing someones usefulness with a weapon based on their personal ability to use one, not the agent they are playing.
Note: And yes, it was my last match that tipped me over the edge. They were getting mad at me for not dropping my OP to the jet, and whenever they got it from me wouldn't allow me to get it simply because of my agent.

Example: How efficient pathing, knife-run gambles, and NOT stopping to reload can save you rounds -- or in this case an entire match.
