Sova player trying Cypher here. I just love agents that can give intel.

I really like cypher but my question is, how is his cam placement so inconsistent? For example, you cannot place a cam in X spot. However, if you jump, you can place your cam in X spot!

Another example: You cannot place a cam in Y spot. But if you stand further away from it, you can place it in Y spot.

Is this inconsistency intended? Makes it really hard to master all the cam spots because who knows, riot may bugfix these spots one day.
