I had this happen randomly but to fix it launch the game from the Riot Client instead of the Valorant desktop icon.
If that doesn't work try changing your input and output settings for your mic in Valorant to something else then quit the game. Then use the Riot Client to go back again and switch it to "Default System Device" or whatever your previous mic settings were before you changed it.
