Chamber Nerf/Buff

After the recent Chamber rework he feels balanced for the most part, however, his ability to hold a site is a bit weaker than other sentinels now.

Although his Headhunter and Tour De Force should remain unchanged, his Trademark and Rendezvous should receive a bit of touching up.

Trademark -Maintain range activation nerf -Remove ability to recall Trademark -Give Trademark a second charge

This will work as both a nerf and buff to chamber.

Buff: Starting with the positive. Chamber will be able to place two trips. On attack this will allow him to either take site and trip two entries or trip flank early and then trip flank again later in the round when out of range of the first or a mixture of the two strategies along with other ideas. Now on defense he will be able to trip two entries of the site he plays or trip both sites and play in between.

Nerf: Chamber is now forced to play within the range of his trips and he can be localized depending on their locations. Ascent is a good visualization for this idea. If chamber plays A or B with both trips they will both be active when he is on site, but if he rotates mid the A or B main trip can become disabled showing the enemy he is mid and the main entry may be weak. Also if he places trips for him to play mid (A cat and close B main) then when he rotates to commit a site one of the trips will be disabled. This allows players on the opposing team to easily identify where Chamber is playing and allows them to fight him and break trips or bait him to rotate since he will usually anchor signaling the site is free when his trips go down.

Rendezvous: -Rendezvous should return to its 20s cooldown time -Allows Chamber to play off his TP more and incentivizes breaking his TP so it cannot be used throughout the round.

Not both are necessary but one should definitely be considered.

TL;DR Give Chamber two Trademark charges with range limitation and no recall. Serves as a buff and nerf. Buff Rendezvous recharge down to 20s so that he can use it more and destruction is more incentivized.
