Chat lagging with every message

Every time I send a message in chat it takes like 20 secs to 1 min to send one message and it's been like this for a while now. Signed out and back in plenty of times. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it somehow?

my valorant is lagging all of a sudden

i’ve been playing valorant for a year now and i’ve never had this problem before. but today i logged in and my valorant just lags and is completely unplayable. when i go on a different tab the lag stops until i go back on valorant. it cant...
