I'm in EU West (timezone CEST), and I can't queue ranked. The act rank tab says that the queue should be disabled starting March 8th at 1am (in about 2h) but it's already disabled
Very annoying because I needed only one more game to get my rank and if I don't do it I'll have to do the 5 placement games again

Has there been a matchmaking change?
All enjoyment at this point has been sucked out by consistent 1/2/3 - 13 games. Has there been a change with the matchmaking? Is queuing with friends just a Deathwish? This system is shaping up to be worse than no matchmaking at all.
