Chamber's ult scope bug, why it happens, and how to counteract it.
For those unaware, Chamber's ultimate (and deagle) has a visual/accuracy issue. For example, his ult may seem like it should be 100% accurate when you fire, but it's not. Here's a video demonstrating it:
