So me and my buddy just found a dude with a crosshair that has a white inner crosshair colour, but a blue outline colour. The guy swears it's fully white, and when I copy the crosshair it does display the colour as white when I check it.

Is this a bug? And, if so, is it something I can recreate? If not, I'd love for this to be a feature, cause it looks nice as hell
