I think the 1 and only buff cypher needs is on his ult. He has the only ult that to my knowledge is used against him. The only thing that needs to be done is that when it shows the player it has tracking on the players like sova tag. I don't know how many time the enemy team uses the ult to peak right after they are pinged.
