I'm not sure if anyone has noticed but I'm pretty sure that it's difficult to miss but has anyone seen the differences between the Agent Concept Art for Cypher, his in-game model and the cinematic model for Cypher? I know that most of the agents have some slight adjustments to their design in cinematics compared to the ones in-game, but Cypher's one is a complete overhaul.
Firstly, his mask has completely changed. In the cinematic it is made of multiple parts with interlocking brackets that makes it look like an Iron Man helmet, not to mention the enlarged eyes and the fact that those ones can only blink slightly unlike the one in game which has smaller eyes that can blink and a one-piece mask.
Secondly, Cypher has a Black Band around his Right elbow and has detached flaps on both his sleeves unlike his in game counterpart which has no bands and has the grey flaps clipped to the sleeves.
There are a few more that I could go through but these are the more striking differences, I'm just confused as to why he was given a complete costume overhaul compared to someone like Phoenix who just has a different shirt.
I'll close an eye to the concept art as some exaggeration is used to artworks so l understand.
I really wouldn't mind him getting a design change, but honestly I just want to know which costume is Cypher using. It's just so confusing to me since one of them looks really cool and the other one looks kind of…normal. (No offense)

There is not always a "best time" to use your ult that you need to wait for, rather use your ult as frequently as you can...
