Like come on when your playing a 4v5 your at a huge disadvantage. Then your team still decides to play the game and you lose. What makes me mad is when you lose, you lose the same amount of rp as you would playing a regular game. Just played a game playing with a 4v5 since round 6, I went 21-19 and lost the game 13-10. I end up losing 20 rp. Then you have the other end of the spectrum, my brother lost track of time and left a competitive game in ROUND 2. His team actually wins the game and he was awarded 24rp. He practically did nothing and gained rating.

Yes I understand that anything can happen, you could win and you could lose. We can all agree though that playing in a 4v5 is a disadvantage and you should lose less rp. I think the rp loss should be around 5-12 since technically you still have a shot at winning a game. But, if you leave the game you should never, ever, gain rp. That is just plain stupid.
