i deranked from 4 ranks in a span of 4 days and idk what do anymore im boutta give up. I also solo queue everyday and everytime i lose i just tilt queue idk why. Cuz in my mind i wanna end the night with a win before going off. Anytips advice on what to do?

How do you tap heads from far away? I can barely see where I’m shooting.
Like idk if it’s my monitor but I have 24inch Asus monitor with a 280 refresh rate. I just see pixels at a certain distance and can’t distinguish which part of the character model I’m shooting.
