Did the game become unstable after the update? or is it just me?

Hi guys, I feel like the game has become more unstable after the update, as some of my games now are having fps drop and I am having a delay in movement, etc. Anyone else also feel so, or is it just me?

Do different graphics settings offer advantages?

Just a question I've been wondering since I am aware there are some marginal differences in other FPS. Could someone recommend me what graphics to use? Thank you :D
