Do pros have lineups for stretched res?

I've seen pros using stretched res, like nAts and Ethan, and I wonder, specially for nAts who plays Viper and Cypher, if he does have lineups for the resolution.

Saw this post somewhere around facebook, and even if I don't know who these people are, I feel like what they did is not right. Is this type of action bannable? If so I hope they get punished for it. If not well that's just a bit too blat...
