I was in a game earlier with all of my teammates and the opposing teams walking in a straight line and not moving the whole game and as soon as I won three rounds it auto surrendered for no reason. Does anyone have an idea of what this is?

I am currently at silver 3 and have peaked gold 1. i just touch gold and go back to silver and I cant seem to get better at the game. No matter how much time I spend on bots or watching videos trying to better my game sense I just cant see...
