I have always been a diamond 3 player but at the start of the most recent act I carried every game up to immortal 2 I was top fragging and I won like 20 games in a row But suddenly starting this past weekend I suddenly am not able to play as well as I was. And I bottom frag most games back down to diamond 3 Wondering if anyone else goes through these phases and if anyone knows what could cause such a shift

Allow observers after match has started
Currently if custom match has already started, I can join party and be there in observer slot but cannot actually view game.
I think allowing observer to join game at later point is useful, I tend to waste lot of time in lobby when my frie...
