Does anyone know of any decent Shotgun tutorials by high-skilled players?

I came across Dasneth's judge tutorial a while back and wondered if there's something else or more in-depth than that video. Does anyone know of something?

Why isn’t Remake automatic?

I need the why on this. I don’t get it. I don’t understand why it isn’t automatic? Why not have a pop up prompt like during the draw scenario where it should pop up and explain what the fuck a remake is.
