I am pretty new to valorant and yesterday I played against a Jett who had an op and he switched to his ult. I managed to kill him as he did so but he didn't drop his op. My friend told me that equipping a classic prevents you from dropping your primary gun but he didn't sound sure. So I am wondering if what he said is true or not
Edit: also would like to know if there is valorant help/question thread so I can appropriately post there next time.

A new gamemode idea from the cinematic
A gamemode where we can choose 2 abilities, 1 signature ability, and an ultimate from a random list at the beginning of the match. The format will be similar to replication and the abilities chosen will be used until the end of the match....

Immortal in Silver Lobby!? What is this matchmaking??
**At the start we thought he might be boosted so he is there in silver lobby but he was actually Immortal and thrashed the bronze-silvers for obvious reasons and 3 guys in our team did alt+f4. GG Riot!**
