Hello fellow gamers, soon I will be responsible for picking out the best players at my school for our first ever Valorant esports team. Currently 4 out 5 spots are available, one taken by me but I need help with choosing the best people. Heres what i've come up with so far.
- Emotional control
- Synergy
- Aim (raw skill)
- Communication
- Rank
- Consistancy
- Gamesense (reaction to pressure)
Teams will be set up to scrim, I will be watching and taking notes on them. It will be recorded to rewatch/lookover. Please give me some advice, thanks!
NOTE
I will be editing this, adding more points to the list for ease of access.
