I don't know if its only me but whenever you report someone riot is suppose to do something about it and penalize them from talking/playing but everytime i report someone toxic they just don't seem to care at all

And when it comes to me (last year) The enemy team was super rude, toxic I had to talk back and i get muted from comms for that it happened 3-4 times already

Idk if riot still cares about reports
