Enemies look like blobs from afar

Lets say the sightlines in breeze, if they're far back the player model just looks like 16 blurry pixels shifting across, i'm playing at my native res 1376x768 and with highest msaa, what else can i do?

Where tf is the Christmas game modes, or anything at all at this point.

Valorant completely skipped out on christmas and gave us a 100$ skin set with no sfx, cmon guys.
