Error: "Failed to save settings to server"

Has anyone gotten this and if so how the hell can I get my settings back? This just started happening starting up the game.

There is a very big chance that my teammates won't have a mic

Coming from csgo where everyone has a mic it surprises me the low amount of people that have a mic. I'm stuck at plat 3 and the lack of communication is killing me.
