They just showed this on the livestream.
Seems like the max level is 500, With new borders every 100 levels.
Super excited for this.
Edit: Correction level 500 isn't max, It's just the last border but leveling is actually infinite!

Should weapon finishes be 10 radianite?
Personally I feel like weapon finishes should not cost 15 radianite especially when most premium skins have quite a number of levels to level up. The vfx and other weapon upgrades cost quite a lot already and you can easily use up the radia...
