I'm a bronze player in Singapore servers that is hard stuck, part of the reason is my aim and the matchmaking. I got into a game facing a act 2 plat/gold on the enemy team while my team is iron in act 2. Like this is unfair to players in bronze like me because we don't have the same skill level as a plat/gold and this makes it difficult to rank up and I can't play with my friends who are higher ranks than me.
