FPS input lag difference?

I play on a 1440p 144hz monitor, and I usually cap my framerate at 240. When I tried uncapping it, I got 500+ fps but at the same time it actually felt worse input lag wise. Is this normal?

Game down in Mumbai server?

Is the game down for anybody? I can login to the game but it's showing a level one account card and I can't queue into any games or join my friends. Apparently they're facing the same issue.

Will our rank reset tommorow? Its showing that act will end tomorrow. Does that mean ranks will also reset? If thats the case i will not play any compe today....
