Hey, I've been in iron for a while, I know how to play: Reyna, Omen, Yoru, Jett and a few others, but I main Reyna and sometimes play Omen. My performance really varies, I sometimes do really good but most of the time ok. My friends say it could also b cos MOSTLY I solo q. But I'm not so sure, any advice, I'm looking for maybe like a trainer / coach to help me improve if possible.

Btw some ppl say I should main smth like phoenix, instead of Reyna cos I dont get many kills.
Would you agree?
