What is valorant's current size on disk ? I don't have a lot space and every site on Google is different

Are EU servers down right now? 6pm CEST

I get the VAL 40 message even if I switch my networks. Can somebody confirm if the EU servers are down? I play on frankfurt 2. Thanks EDIT: 6AM. I am stupid
