my class is hosting this secret santa game and i got my friend who's a neon main, i'm stuck on what gift i should give him

The amount of people that throw is sickening
It feels like every game from gold - diamond I have one person running around with their knife out going 0-16 grabbing bomb so we cant plant and comming where we are to the enemies in chat. Of course by the time my entire team reports them...

Double Rank Up After One Competitive Game
I went from bronze 1 to bronze 3 after just one competitive match even though I only earned 24 rr. Does anyone know why I skipped bronze 2 in this promotion?
