My game has been stuttering hard as of late, it's worse than before like unplayable worse. Has anyone found any hotfixes for this?

has the game been harder for anyone else post 5.01 patch
i dropped 2 ranks almost 3 since the 5.01 patch happened i went from top/2nd fragging in highgold/plat lobbys to bottomfragging against bronzes and silvers that are just insane anyone else had this issue?
