By now, I've almost unlocked harbor and I don't play as much as some. I've seen so many videos/post thumbnails about him being wildly OP or completely lack-luster, nothing in between. I'm surprised that in my unrated games I haven't seen a single person trying him out. Could be that people are still unlocking him, but even when Fade came out everyone was insta-locking her. Same with Chamber, Astra, Neon, etc. Just want to hear your thoughts.
