HELP! Can't turn down my sensitivity.

You know when you go to the range and you can adjust your sensitivity by shooting the boxes at the screen on the bottom? Well as a joke I turned my sensitivity up to 500% and now my aim is so bad I can't hit the the box to turn it back down. Anyone else have this issue?
