I have a troll in my game, makes it terrible to play, and I have to sit there for 40 minutes? It's obvious that a troll will keep declining the forfeit request even if he himself wants to leave, as he wants to torture everyone else. I see no downsides to this proposal, one stack can't FF every game to sink their collective elo, and trolls don't get to ruin everyone's day.. Simple solution?
