Help me with math please!

i Need someone thats good at math to help me!!!
so i have been playing for awhile and i use (.754 Sens) and (0.5 Scoped) my marshal and op flicks are amazing. i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to make my regular sens match my flicks of that scoped sens.

Realistically whats the chances of someone trying to go pro?

So im diamond and i want to make a career in this game. REALISTICALLY what is the percentage of me being able to achieve that?
