Help for ranking up for a bronze hardstuck

I've been hardstuck bronze ever since I started playing this game. My pc isnt great which might affect my aim but I think I have decent gamesense and util usage to rank up. Here is a vod of mine and id appreciate if u can point out the mistakes I did. I want to know if I deserve this rank or I'm just help back by my bad aim and a bad pc.

PS: Plz dont flame me for bad aim I have a pc which gives 60fps and i know i have bad aim.Also there might be some lag in the vod but in the actual game I got consistent ≈60fps.

Title. I just got icebox Comp 4 times in a row, then had to dodge the next two after that because it was icebox again. What else am I supposed to do? Play 5, 20+ round games of the same map in a row? This is ridiculous.
