Hello all!
I am a HS Social Studies teacher and am currently working on establishing an eSports program at my school. In doing so, I have entered a small group of kids in a free summer tournament. The kids are Diamond 3, 2 Silvers, and 2 Bronze. Both teams they versed were both Ascendant rank all around. They tried really hard and took the Ls to the chin and look forward to improving.
This is where I want to come in. I may not be a Valorant player, but I have played a few games at high level competition (Diamond/Master League, OW, and HotS). So I understand meta, map choice, agent synergies and so on, but was wondering if anyone on here can help point me in a direction to find some resources to learn more about Valorant so that I can offer better advice and coaching to my kids. They have potential and havent played the game much, but we started practicing and working on individual ways to have them improve (setting ranked goals, agent pools, etc).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ! Newbie here, I juste got the free agent thing, and I wonder who could be a good pick. I kinda like playing Sage, I feel like her abilities culd offer good plays as I become better. Also like Phoenix, but that's more because he feels like I can stay in the back. Any recomendations ?

Is Valorant much more toxic than CSGO? Because for me it is.
