Rito says the night market is coming out Dec 7th, so today in New Zealand. But, does it get released at one time globally (so Dec 7th for USA but Dec 8th for New Zealand), or is it released based on your local time?

i know it’s in a day but what’s the specific time? i can’t find the time anywhere online and on twitter, thanks.
