I feel like Riot should add a system where you can honor people for having good comms, positivity and stuff, then match those players with other people who have the same honor rating. Of course if people were toxic there would be a way to rate people negatively and those negative players would be matched with other negative players and at least everyone would still be able to play, toxic or not!!
