I think Astra can be good for the general public with just a few tweaks to her kit.

Stars:

Leave her star count alone, but allow them to be used straight away again. Without the place delay, would allow for a more strategic on the fly play style.
A slightly stronger buff could also to allow an infinite amount of each type. So you could do 4 smokes, 4 drags, or 4 concusses. This might be a little too strong, but I think if an Astra is good enough to hit someone with 4 concusses they deserve to hit someone with all 4.

Concuss:

The range currently makes you need to read your opponents with the biggest brain ever. Except for on postplant it is so hard to hit her concuss.

Drag:

Her drag is really useful, especially when you know someone is hiding in a corner with a shotgun, or if someone is using utility like a drone where you can drag them out in the open.

Smoke:

Her smoke is good, except for it's lack of one ways. Either the amount needs to be upped, or they need to allow her to do one ways.

Ult:

I can't use it, so I can't weigh in on it. Her ult is so difficult to use in a way that doesn't just give the enemies cover. I have no clue how you use the ult well except maybe on postplant. Locking yourself in a corner works, but I just don't know how to use it.

But, I haven't really put effort into learning Astra, if anyone has I would love to know what your opinion is on it <3.
