I am cometely new to valorant and I am wondering what is some tips for a complete beginner or some things that are important to know. Also what is a good hero to get good at for a beginner.

Chat banned players should be banned from Competitive.

Is this controversial? Why not push them to unranked instead? Why can chat banned players play rank? I need them to use comms, at least type to me..... how can I tell someone is chat banned before starting a match?

Valorant says I hit Viper 88 times in the head, chest, and legs, why?

I sprayed through a Viper Ult and it says I dealt 16 damage to her while hitting her a total of 264 times. I’m fairly certain this isn’t accurate.
