how do i gekko twerk dance. I was in a game and dance gekko guy starts twerking. Do you guys know how?

I last played about a year ago and completed placements and got placed around silver 1. Now when I open my account it’s at level 1 and I can’t play comp anymore. Did anyone else have to relevel their account to 20 as well?
