Recently, as I climbed all the way to ascendant, a friend of mine said I have been counter strafing incorrectly.
I have been doing it by Holding one way releasing to off a few shots then hold the other way etc etc
He has told me, instead, I should be holding both A and D simultaneously to come a stop for my counter strafes, then releasing only one of the buttons to strafe in said direction.
As it does worm I am skeptical to understand if that is the better way as my kd has DROPPED drastically since doing so, typically a 18-28 K and 10-14 D player have been going double negative since then.
It has been 4 days since I have made the change, as I sit here 6 am I have been in the range for 2 hours comparing and I am significantly more accurate and faster with my method.
How much validity is there with his method, any higher ranks Immo and Above want to share their opinion and their methods be free to do so.
