Rules: limited or no smokes, unlimited dash and blades, updraft recharged with one kill. And of course, it should be named Jettmatch.
Edit: it would run parallel to the default DM, not replace it.

Who is the voice actor for Harbor?
His voice kinda sounds like one of the other agents. Like Yoru or Chamber. Was hoping they'd continue doing those voice actor featurettes like they did for Neon.
