I've noticed a lot of games are lost because teamwork and team morale are completely undermined by toxic players. Even winning games are lost because toxicity often leads to more toxicity and results in people intentionally throwing and/or leaving the game.
Being more intentional about what you say and even being overly nice can help you reduce the # of times people take things the wrong way

Is It Normal To Lose Your Ability To Microadjust After Not Playing For A While?
I stopped playing for almost a month, and when I came back (I did like 20 minutes of aimlabs and 5 deathmatches) it seemed like my ability to microadjust had vanished. I just end up firing right next to the enemy's head, barely missing it....
