I combined the knowledge of over 500 coaching sessions (between myself and some coach friends) to create a curated guide to doing (self) VOD reviews and creating actionable progression plans.
I like to call it the "Triple I framework" (III), which stands for Identify, Implement, Iterate.
You can click this link to gain access to the PDF I typed up.
It goes over basically every issue you could identify in your gameplay, strategies for ideating and implementing solutions, and a short note on iteration and how to know when you should keep grinding, re-focus, or just quit.
Hope this helps! Lots of experience went into this PDF, and I want as many Valorant players as possible to be able to perform self-VOD reviews effectively.
If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reply with them-- I respond swiftly.

To help find lineups I made ‘LineupsValorant’ a desktop/mobile web app, it has over 180 lineups and has the ability for anyone to upload their own lineup. Each one has a step-by-step guide with images showing where to stand and look.
