so when skye flash blinds someone there is a loud popping sound and skye would say "blinded"

but what happens if the enemy "partially" dodges the flash? meaning he turns and dodges the full blind but there's still flash effects on screen. does the same sound cue still apply.

I've had multiple occasions when I hear the sound cue but not sure if I have the timing to peek/engage.
