How do you tap heads from far away? I can barely see where I’m shooting.

Like idk if it’s my monitor but I have 24inch Asus monitor with a 280 refresh rate. I just see pixels at a certain distance and can’t distinguish which part of the character model I’m shooting.

When to Crouch Shoot vs Stand Shooting

I find myself crouch shooting too much and don't really know when I should not Crouch shoot. Any tips or certain scenarios when I shouldn't Crouch shoot. Any tips are much appreciated. Thanks.
