Hey guys, so as it says in the title I was born completely deaf in my left ear. I have played several FPS games in my life but the sound in this game in particular seems a lot more important than other titles I have played previously. I have been playing this game for about two months now and I have climbed up from Iron to high gold and I’m well aware this definitely isn’t my main gameplay issue but it just really seems to set me back.
There have been many times where I have been yelled at by teammates for not knowing where someone is. The same thing happens when some utility is used but footsteps seem to be the main problem for me.
In some previous titles I have played they have had some deaf settings but the ones in Valorant don’t seem to help as much from what I’ve found. If anyone else has any experience similar to this any tips would be appreciated, Thanks.
